Founder & Chief Talent Strategist

Adriana Scali

Adriana is a Certified Human Resources Professional and Certified Human Resources Leader with the Human Resources Professionals Association. Her love of supporting small to midsize businesses with HR strategy and solutions led her to start LinkHR Inc. in 2015.

Prior to founding LinkHR, she led the HR function of organizations large and small with strategic HR planning, policy and compliance, talent acquisition and retention, performance management, and more. Her experience of 20 years spans various industries including technology, healthcare, finance, retail, construction, manufacturing, warehouse and distribution, social services, and the not-for-profit sector.

Adriana has a Master of Arts degree from the University of Toronto and is a certified EQ-i (emotional intelligence) coach with experience as a Corporate Trainer.

Adriana loves nature and the outdoors. If she is not out on a hike with her family, she is competing with her dragon boat team on several lakes across Ontario. She is also a huge Disney fan; her life-long dream of meeting Minnie Mouse for the first time was one of the happiest moments of her adult life!

Grace Davidian

Grace is an accomplished Human Resources leader with over 25 years of experience in a variety of industries including engineering consulting, oil and gas, nuclear industry, energy services, and retail background. Grace’s passion is in creating and implementing innovative programs that will develop leaders and empower employees to do their best work. She has successfully implemented two HRIS systems during her tenure as well as human resource management strategies that enabled companies to attract, train, and retain a high performing and motivated workforce.
Grace is known for her thoughtful approach to sensitive situations and appreciates the need for solutions that maintain the dignity and respect of all involved. Grace also believes in giving back to the community. She has served on the Board of Directors with the York Region Chapter, as the Director for the Membership and Professional Development Committees. She has also been a mentor to numerous new grads since 2014.
Grace earned her Bachelor of Art in Political Science from the University of Toronto and is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) and Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL).
Grace’s hobby is to travel and explore new traditions, unique culture, people and landscapes; and capture the moments in coffee table books and video clips.

Sagida Yerkinbay HR Consultant / Business Partner

Sagida Yerkinbay has over 5 years of experience in HR and Project Management in the private sectors as well as in international organizations such as the United Nations and the British Council. She has broad knowledge and experience in HR Consulting, developing HR policies and procedures, talent acquisition, job classification, building compensable factors for job grading, benchmarking, onboarding/offboarding, performance management, etc. She can guide and support clients in strategic human capital management, compensation, and overall development of best practices in human resources.
